Get Healthy Glowing Skin: Hydration
One of the best ways to nourish your skin is to drink WATER. You're skin will take on an immediate glow when you are properly hydrated. Water also assists the body with it’s natural elimination process by flushing unwanted toxins out.
Interesting fact about water: Moodiness and irritability are some of the first signs that a person is dehydrated. A good thing to tell your partner next time either one of you gets a little crabby. Or better yet, say nothing and give him/her a nice tasty glass of H2O
